BarnHub ("the App") is developed by ShadowPuppet, LLC ("we", "us", "our"). BarnHub is built with privacy as a core principle — no email, no login, no account creation required. This Privacy Policy explains how your information is handled when you use BarnHub.
All data you enter into BarnHub — including horse records, client information, schedules, transactions, and supply inventory — is stored locally on your device and in your personal iCloud account via Apple's CloudKit framework.
We do not operate any servers that store, process, or have access to your data. Your data never leaves Apple's ecosystem.

If you are signed in to iCloud on your device, the App uses Apple's CloudKit to sync your data across your devices. This sync is handled entirely by Apple's infrastructure and governed by Apple's Privacy Policy. We have no access to your iCloud data.
BarnHub does not integrate with any third-party analytics, advertising, or tracking services. There are no ads in the App.
BarnHub does not require you to create an account, provide an email address, or log in. The App works immediately using your device's Apple ID for iCloud sync. We have no way to identify you.
All users can import and export their data from within the app. Exported data stays on your device — it is never uploaded to our servers or any third-party service.
BarnHub does not knowingly collect any information from children. The App does not require account creation or collect personal information of any kind.
Since all data is stored locally on your device and in your personal iCloud account, you have full control over your data at all times. You can delete individual records within the App or remove all data by deleting the App from your device. To remove iCloud data, visit Settings > [Your Name] > iCloud > Manage Storage on your device.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date.
