These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the BarnHub application ("the App") developed by ShadowPuppet, LLC ("we", "us", "our"). By downloading or using the App, you agree to these Terms.
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for your personal or business use on Apple devices that you own or control, subject to the Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions.
BarnHub is a barn management tool designed to help you track horses, clients, schedules, supplies, and finances. You are responsible for all data you enter into the App and for maintaining the accuracy of your records.

All data you create in BarnHub is stored on your device and in your personal iCloud account. We do not collect, access, or store any of your data. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for more information.
You are solely responsible for backing up your data. While iCloud provides sync and backup capabilities, we recommend maintaining your own records for critical business information.
The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. BarnHub is not a substitute for professional veterinary, financial, or legal advice.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ShadowPuppet, LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from:
The App and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by ShadowPuppet, LLC and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
We may terminate or suspend your access to the App at any time, without prior notice, for any reason. Upon termination, your right to use the App will immediately cease. You may terminate your use at any time by deleting the App from your device.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Your continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Washington, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
